Yourtasks Support Procurement and Logisticsteam in Sorting, dispatching, filing and processing invoices andother documents.

Creating Purchase orders inERP for processing Invoices.

Timely, accurateand efficient preparation and management of SCMdocuments.

Control the numbering, sorting,filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copydocuments produced for SCM team by Technical, Projects or otherdepartments.

Filing and archiving relevantdocumentation.

Creating templates fordocuments, file types, and documentdatabases.

Checking and editing documents foraccuracy and compliance.

Controlling the flowof documents in and out of thedepartment.

Generating Goods Received Notes(GRN).Analyzing data for process improvementand collaborating with suppliers and internalteams.

Support the smooth-running of the supplychain department through administrativeduties.

The accurate recording and tracking offile movements within the organization.

Set up,copy, scan and store documents.

Manage requestsfor documentation.

Review and maintain theaccuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they areup to date.

Maintain confidentiality aroundsensitive documentation.

Ability to generatereports and prepare presentations.

Negotiationand inter-personal skills.

Ability to prepare,analyze and understand feasibility study and market studyupdates.

Very good command in Englishcommunication both written and verbal.

Secureadditional information on departmental/office needs and may preparerecommendation on vending sources.

Search andqualify new suppliers based on the project’sneeds.

Examine and analyze departmental/projectpurchasing needs to set an effective procurementplan.

Routinely interpret GRADE purchasingpolicy, process, and procedures to provide recommendation aboutareas of consideration to the Procurement/Logistics Manager.

Help manage and track all GRADEpurchases with vendors and requestors including contract durationand expiration.

Seek new vendors who mayqualify to do business with GRADE and identify vendors forpurchasing.

Ensure updated vendor database anditems master list.

Support Supply Chain Officers whenever necessary.

Track Project,General Materials orders and delivery times.

Yourprofile Bachelor Degree in Engineering /Business Administration / Finance/ others or Relevant Certificate.

3 years of experience asadministrator/document controller with basic knowledge in Procurement and Logistics.

Proficient in MSOffice Excel and Word.

Knowledge in ERP system/ MS D365.  Key Skills  Collection Attempt,Manufacturing Operation
