We are hiring a full-time Supply Chain Assistant tojoin our team.
This is a unique role that will provide administrative support full-time to Supply Chain (purchasing, logistics).
This role will involve the end-to-end procurement and supply related tasks involved in sourcing, procuring, and delivering (logistics) products to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Processing purchase orders and making direct and indirect purchases.
Maintaining and updating the Order Tracker.
Reconciling invoices.
Sourcing new products when needed.
Chasing up suppliers as needed and communicating information to the necessary teams.
Maintaining and managing the Purchasing inbox.
Working with the Dispensary and Lab Department to support orders, returns, missing issues, and other complaints.
Supporting the pharmacists and quality team to source new products and obtain appropriate quality documents.
Supervising all stock take exercises, ensuring that the teams are carrying out the exercise as agreed, and that the documentation is provided by due date.
Getting clients for secondary services such as removal of delivery pallets, other waste/disposals, etc.
You will provide administrative support to the team to ensure that its operations run smoothly.
Your Profile
You possess the following qualifications, background, and abilities:
Intermediate to proficient computer skills.
Good planning, time management, and organization skills.
Must be able to take initiative within scope, work as part of a team, and be prepared to be flexible.
Ability to prioritize workload.
Must have a good command of Microsoft Excel and Word;
Power Bi skill is an advantage.
Ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
Previous experience working in Supply Chain or the Pharmacy supply sector is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel.
Background or previous experience in the Pharma industry.
At least level 3 of CIPS or any global procurement certification is a plus.
