- Implement policies and procedures related to various human resources activities and systems followed by the Ministry, as well as any relevant instructions, updates, and decisions in accordance with the labor laws of the host country; provide support, awareness, and guidance to ensure proper implementation.
- Implement policies and procedures related to various financial activities and systems followed by the Ministry, along with any related instructions and decisions; coordinate with the Ministry’s Financial Affairs Department regarding the provision of support and follow-up actions in this regard.
- Execute procedures related to procurement requests for office needs and coordinate contract awards and follow-up in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Ministry’s Contracts and Procurement Department.
- Coordinate the application and use of electronic systems, security devices, and equipment by mission staff; receive employees’ feedback, inquiries, and related issues, and coordinate with the IT Department and Security Affairs Department to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
- Organize electronic archiving processes and manage diplomatic mail, as well as incoming and outgoing correspondence; organize the office archive and various documents and records in accordance with the procedures followed by the Documents and Archiving Department.
- Carry out procedures related to the logistical requirements of the mission and its staff and ensure their provision in accordance with the established procedures; organize meetings and events held between the United Arab Emirates and the host country, and coordinate visits of senior officials and official delegations in coordination with the relevant departments at the Ministry.
- Conduct periodic inspections of the building, assess routine and emergency needs for maintenance, office fittings, equipment, and associated facilities, and coordinate with the Engineering Projects and Facilities Department in this regard.
- Implement the approved security procedures of the Ministry’s Security Affairs Department related to building security rules and standards, protection of property and staff, visitor entry requirements, and inspection of mail and materials entering and leaving the mission’s offices; additionally, organize traffic flow and parking within the mission’s premises.
- Manage the mission’s employee data and records, and implement procedures related to attendance, leave, promotions, appointments, transfers, allowances, official assignments, medical treatment, education, bonuses, and employees’ compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of the results of strategic and operational plans and institutional excellence programs related to the office’s work, in accordance with the approved plans and directives in this regard, in coordination with the relevant departments of the Ministry.
