Role Description The Surveillance Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad. This role is responsible for monitoring live and recorded video feeds, access control systems, and alarms to detect and report suspicious activities, safety incidents, or policy violations. The Surveillance Operator will document events accurately, prepare incident reports, and promptly escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams or external authorities as required. They will collaborate with on-ground security personnel, support investigations by reviewing footage, and ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly. The role also involves following standard operating procedures, maintaining logs, and participating in periodic training to stay current with security protocols and technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong Surveillance and monitoring skills, with the ability to stay alert, focused, and detail-oriented during extended periods.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with colleagues, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- Experience or aptitude in Investigation and incident analysis, including reviewing footage and compiling clear, factual reports.
- Capacity to participate in and apply Training related to security procedures, emergency response, and use of surveillance tools.
- Basic technical proficiency with CCTV systems, monitoring software, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad on rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security, safety, or surveillance are an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to privacy and data protection guidelines.
