Job Description
Assists the Director ofSustainabilityand Performance in achieving and maintainingsustainabilitycertifications and supports the monitoring and reporting of progress on ESG, CSR,sustainability, and hotel performance goals.
Provides administrative support to the department by managing correspondence and maintenance of records, schedules and coordinates meetings and monitors and manages office supplies.
Qualifications
Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management,Sustainabilityor a related field.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience as admin assistant in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
Excellentcommunicationand organizational skills with a keen sense of detail and passion forsustainability.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications and Canva.
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
