Your new role
As a Sourcing Sourcing Analyst (12 months), you are responsible for the following:
-Manage sustainable sourcing data, reporting and KPI tracking to support palm oil sustainability initiatives and compliance objectives.
-Drive supplier traceability and data governance processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across the supply chain.
-Review supplier compliance, including traceability data, while maintaining relevant records and follow-up actions.
-Partner with suppliers, third-party providers and internal stakeholders to improve data quality.
-Develop supplier performance scorecards and generate insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement across the category.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or supply chain-related roles, within FMCG.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Exposure to sustainable sourcing, palm oil, or RSPO requirements is an added advantage.
- Able to collaborate with global stakeholders across different time zones.
