Title: System Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provides server administration and operations maintenance
- Manage firewall, antivirus endpoints, backup servers and other infrastructure
- Responsible for daily review of server and network batch jobs, problem logs and resolutions
- Assist in Store and site renovation projects, covering IT infrastructure, CCTV, biometric access etc.
- Review and recommend security patches monthly for the deployment of security updates on servers and network appliance
- Preventive maintenance and server housekeeping activities to upkeep servers and network health
- Participate in staff training to raise the general IT literacy of users
- Develop automation scripts, runbooks, and enforce IT protocols across multi-parties.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or other similar discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory, scripting, DNS/ DHCP, Firewalls, Office 365, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Microsoft Planners, Hyper-V, WSUS, Antivirus, Microsoft SQL, Oracle SQL servers
- Work experience on Cloud infrastructure in Azure, AWS will be advantageous
- Able to work in both independent and teamwork environment
- Team Player with great communication and documentation skills
- Travelling might be required for project implementations
- Must be fluent in English.
- Able to communicate in mandarin is advantageous due to support to North Asia countries
- Report to IT Manager (Infrastructure)
