Position: System Administrator
Etsoft Technology PLC is looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and supporting the organization’s and it’s clients IT infrastructure, systems, and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot the organization’s and it’s clients softwares systems, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Install, share, and troubleshoot printer
- Use remote desktop accessing tools to troubleshoot and install system
- Test the performance of the organization’s software products on regural basis
- Perform regular system backups and support disaster recovery activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT services.
- Implement system updates, patches, antivirus, and security controls.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain IT documentation, system inventories, and configuration records.
- Support IT security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 years of relevant experience in system administration or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Network tools and configuration, Hardware troubleshooting, networking, virtualization, backup systems, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, or enterprise IT systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
