Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive

Operations Coordinator

to

join our team

. This role will provide essential support to our operations and

leadership

teams by ensuring the smooth handling of tasks related to

job mapping, CRM management, and reporting

. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a

fast-paced environment

, with experience or familiarity in CRM systems, cloud-based call reporting, and VMS job platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Mapping & VMS Job Management:

Support Operations Specialists by gathering, mapping, and updating jobs.

Pull job postings fromJob Robtixand input them accurately intoLabor Edge (CRM).

Ensure VMS jobs are tracked and updated consistently to meet operational timelines.

CRM Management:

Assist with managing and maintaining theLabor Edge CRMto ensure data integrity and smooth operation.

Input, update, and track job records, candidate details, and other essential data.

Help troubleshoot CRM issues and provide input for optimizing workflows within the system.

Call Reporting and Monitoring:

Pull call data reports fromCloud Calland compile insights for internal review.

Collaborate withleadershipto ensure call metrics align with business goals and KPIs.

Provide detailed summaries and reports to track call volumes, agent activity, and operational trends.

Reporting & Administrative Support:

Assist with generating reports as required by thePresidentor othersenior leadership.

Maintain regular documentation of operations processes, ensuring reports are accurate and submitted on time.

Support various operational initiatives as assigned by theleadershipteam.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations, business, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Labor Edge, Salesforce) and basic reporting tools.

Familiarity withJob Robtix,VMS systems, andCloud Callplatforms is a plus.

Strong organizational andmultitaskingabilities withattention to detail.

Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in adynamic environment.

Experience collaborating withcross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
