SALARY: $45,000 – $52,000, depending on education, knowledge, skills and experience. This role will manage our organization’s entire recruitment cycle experience and provide HR support to our faculty and school leadership. The workforce averages less > than 120.

Impactful Work: Recruit teachers, teacher aides, and administrators for our JMS Celebree Schools in Canton, Columbia, Glen Burnie, and Owings Mills, MD.
Supportive Environment: Assist with onboarding and other HR activities to ensure new staff members feel welcomed and supported.
Growth Opportunities: Engage in professional development and contribute to department optimization through research and pilot programs.
What You’ll Do:
Recruitment: Update job boards, screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, send job offers, and handle pre-employment paperwork.
Data Management: Update internal databases with new employee data and produce weekly reports on staffing progress.
Community Engagement: Attend job fairs and connect with local colleges to source talent.
Event Coordination: Assist with company events to effectively orient, onboard, and engage team members and their families.
HR Optimization: Research and participate in HR tools to support department optimization.
Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
What You Bring:
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management.
Attributes: Enthusiasm, diligence, empathy, tech-savvy, and team-oriented.
Experience: Recruiting experience and familiarity with early childhood education preferred.
Education: An associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
