THE OPPORTUNITY
The Talent Development (TD) Coordinator provides essential administrative and logistical support for Talent Development’s portfolio of programs known as CA University. CA University includes ongoing learning and development opportunities in the areas of New Hire Onboarding, Industry and Career Development, Leadership and Professional Development, and On-Demand Learning. In this role, the TD Coordinator will support the implementation and delivery of CA University programs and provide key administrative support to the Head of Talent Development.
The TD Coordinator will partner closely with the Senior Coordinator, Program Managers, and report directly to the Head of Talent Development.
The TD function exists to create, foster, and promote employee development across all groups and levels at Cambridge Associates (CA). Through the creation and cultivation of innovative, diverse, pertinent, and flexible programs, we support CA’s strategic goal of “being a great place to work”.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
Support the logistical coordination and execution of CA University programs through their full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with team processes and business objectives.
Manage extensive project and program coordination responsibilities, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, schedules, and demands.
Coordinate and schedule programs across global offices and time zones.
Manage logistics for in-person and virtual programs and initiatives.
Create and maintain registrations in the CVENT platform.
Create and monitor surveys for program feedback in Qualtrics.
Support maintenance of online learning resources on Degreed.
Administrative Support:
Manage shared inbox and team calendar, including internal and external meeting coordination.
Prepare travel arrangements, timesheets, and expense reports for the Head of TD.
Support Head of TD’s calendar and scheduling needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive experience of administrative and/or logistical support. Human Capital (HR) experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to quickly build and sustain positive relationships.
Well-developed problem solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Highly organized with an acute attention to detail.
Process-driven; deadline-oriented; experience in project management is required.
Interest in the learning and development space and eager to bring new and innovative ideas to the team.
