Reports to: Director, Partner Sales

 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administration Support to join our dynamic commerce team in Amsterdam. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist with data analysis, prepare reports, and manage system administration tasks. Supporting the team who work with the largest Dutch and international Grocery Retailers.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Administration: Provide general administrative support, including system administration tasks.

Reports and Analysis: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents; conduct data analysis.

Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

Communication: Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
