We are excited to hire an Agent Services and Tech Coordinator to join our business operations team. This position is responsible for onboarding agents, tech training and setup, and efficient systems that prioritize timely, exceptional customer service. They must manage their work while accommodating agents with a supportive, caring attitude.

Candidates must enjoy helping others, have strong relationship-building skills, and be a cooperative team player. This individual must have excellent communication and follow-up skills, great energy, be technologically competent, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Compensation:

Full-Time M-F 9-5, Salary: $40,000-$50,000

Bonus opportunities after 1 year

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional and friendly customer service

Master the tech platform to train agents with set up and use

Host tech workshops for agents and introduce new features

Coordinate onboarding tasks and other real estate memberships

Implement and maintain efficient systems

Assist other Leadership members as needed

Job responsibilities will expand as knowledge increases

Qualifications:

2 years of office and/or customer service experience preferred

Passionate about helping other people and maintaining an efficient office

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Self-driven with excellent follow-through and strong communication skills

Enthusiast about tech (willingness to learn and launch new tech features)

Self-driven to follow up on assignments and communications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Ability to prioritize work responsibilities to meet deadlines

Possess a “can-do” positive attitude

Efficient problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail

Be resourceful and take the initiative to advance professional development
