Position: Team Assistant
Salary:£30000 – £35000
Hybrid set up:4 days in the office and 1 from home

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant:
Extensive diary management across multiple zones, arranging meetings, building relationships with clients
Multi stop travel arrangements, expenses and creating PowerPoint presentations
Managing events, conference and roadshows
What background and experience are the company looking for?
Experience as a Team Assistant supporting a busy team within financial services
A proactive approach, ability to work on own initiative
Confident to communicate with senior stakeholders and excited to learn from a senior EA
Who is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?
