Boutique and growing PE firm is seeking an EA to support a team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Meeting planning and coordination
- Travel planning
- Expenses
- Event planning
- Work closely with other Administrative Assistants to support the group
- 5 days in office
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment, financial services experience required
- Must have supported a team of professionals
- Strong communication (both written and verbal)
- Technical skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills required
- Must be a strong team player
Compensation: $100-110K plus Bonus and fully paid for benefits
5 Days in Office – with some flex to WFH, NYC – Midtown
