Summary
Top tier hedge fund is seeking an administrative assistant to support some executives and their teams on the trading floor. Admin will be responsible for heavy phone coverage, calendar management and meeting logistics, travel arrangements and expense reports, and some event planning. Will handle additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects as needed. Will work closely with other admins on the team to provide overall coverage and backup support. 8am start.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have a college degree and 3+ years of relevant support experience, financial services experience required. Must have supported a team. Must have strong technical skills and great communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Must have supported a team, coordinated domestic and International travel, and effectively handled a multi-line phone system. Demonstrated success in a fast paced, demanding environment.
Compensation: $90-110K plus Paid OT & Bonus
4 Days in Office, NYC – Midtown
