The Team Coordinator will provide direct and focused administrative support to the Operating and Accounting teams.
About the Role
Full time permanent position

Based in Sydney CBD (Premium Office Location across the road from the Botanical Gardens)
This role will see you taking a hands-on approach with:
insurance liaison
team support:
a. scanning and filing
b. maintaining key control registers
Nimbus Administration support (Nimbus is our document management system), and
concierge cover.
About you
3+ years experience in a similar role
Certificate III or IV in administration of equivalent
Strong experience with administration and document management, including demonstrated ability to understand and implement document filing protocols and maintain data integrity
Strong proficiency in MS Office, Word, Adobe, Excel and Outlook
Advanced Power Point skills
