Job Description
- Implement Safety & 5S practices in the warehouse area
- Monitor daily warehouse operations
- Manage manpower allocation and ensure optimal team productivity
- Oversee Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes
- Control system accuracy and warehouse operational flow through WMS
- Handle operational issues and complaints
- Coordinate and escalate operational issues to the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum education Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field role or within the e-commerce industry
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Have a strong leadership skills to lead both small and large teams
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work in shifts
- Willing to be placed according to company needs in the assigned city
