Roles and responsibilities

Assigned the task to carry out withfull accuracy and provide the better service in time frame under

Facility

Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Attending the service request fromthe clients, tenants, landlords etc. through phone calls, emailsregarding maintenance service.

Communicatingwith clients, tenants, landlords etc. for fixing theappointment.

Preparing quotations and send tothe clients, tenants for seeking theapproval.

Making intervention (s) for each jobrequest and coordinating with supervisor for arrange the team aswell as transportation.

Follow up withtechnicians for the interventions and after finishing the job, theinterventions are closing in thesystem.

Handling the petty cash for maintenancework.

Preparing monthly summary for additionalwork and the same to Account Dept. along with supporting documentsfor raising the invoice in favor of theclients.

Keeping the records of paymentreceiving and pending payment

Tracking theschedule of PPM service and coordinating withclients.

Correspondence with mail, filing andother miscellaneous work.

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent
