Position:  Technology Administrative Coordinator (Contract)

This is a contract assignment where individuals will be Staffmark employees working onsite at Taco Bell  to apply for this position Who is Taco Bell? The Technology Coordinator plays a key role in achieving strategic and tactical objectives for the Service Desk department. The coordinator is responsible for providing operational support, managing projects and initiatives, and performing high-level administrative functions. The Day-to-Day:

Manage logistics of events and conferences, (ie. FRANMAC and quarterly SD events) drive agenda, speakers, and content creation. Provide regular updates to

leadership

and other stakeholders on the status and progress of IT services and projects to effectively support the restaurants Assist in preparing reports and presentations to support operational projects and initiatives related to the Service Desk and Operations.

Assist the Service Desk and Operations teams by contributing to IT service projects, focusing on enhancing system efficiencies, user support, and technology solutions Partner with team leads to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency. Maintain supplies and equipment for the 100+ Service Desk team, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace for a team Impact Mitigation, ensure the department remains adequately resourced and supported to prevent disruptions to service and delays in resolving restaurant-reported issues by engaging in specialized tasks that align with strategic IT objectives and operational goals Ensure management and staff are updated on schedule changes, seating assignments, and other relevant information promptly and effectively.
