Monday to Thursday  8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – Friday  8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:  £12.62 per hour

friendly team
in Ledbury.
What Youll Be Doing:
Processing sales orders and handling related paperwork
Answering calls and responding to customer queries efficiently
Managing customer accounts and updating records accurately
Liaising with internal departments regarding orders and product availability
Handling returns, complaints, and supporting service improvements
Using email inboxes and online customer portals to manage daily tasks
What Were Looking For:
Previous admin/customer service experience
Strong IT skills  especially Microsoft Word & Excel
Great
communication
and
teamwork
skills
High
attention to detail
and a
hands-on
attitude
Experience with
ERP systems or customer portals (desirable)
