Temporary Meeting and Events Coordinator 4 Weeks £14-£15 per hour 20-25 Hours per week 12PM to 7PM – Sometimes 8AM start – The daily start times will vary depending on booking requirements. Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Meetings & Events Coordinator to

join our team

. They will need to be responsible for assisting with the setup, breakdown, and overall support of events held at a range of venues.

This role requires excellent organisational skills,

attention to detail

, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while ensuring high standards of customer service. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring events run smoothly and exceed their clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of meetings, conferences, and other events, including arranging furniture, and equipment according to event requirements. Set up AV equipment for Hybrid meetings, signage, tea & coffee stations, and other items as needed. Assist the

hospitality team

with handling and delivering lunch ordered to meeting rooms, closely following health and safety guidelines. Ensure that all event areas are clean and organised before, during, and after events.

Provide

exceptional service

to clients and attendees, answering questions, offering assistance, and responding to any immediate needs during events. Assist with managing inventory of event equipment and supplies, checking stock levels, ensuring that items are in good condition and ready for use. Key Skills &

Previous

Experience:

No prior experience required, but experience in hospitality, event setup, AV equipment handling, or a similar role is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy items and remain alert and active for long periods of time. Organisational
