Job Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter/ HR Generalist to support our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams during a peak hiring period. This role will focus primarily on recruiting duties, while also contributing to general HR support including onboarding, and HR administrative tasks.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
Maintain applicant tracking systems (Workday) and ensure accurate documentation of the recruitment process.
Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR roles.
General understanding of employment law and HR practices
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is a plus
Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume hiring environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain security access to a Nuclear facility
