Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment.
Responsibilities include:
Complying with all testing procedures and strictly adhering to company policies using careful judgment.
Checking in testing candidates, verifying identification, and explaining the exam process.
Proctoring/invigilation of candidates during testing.
Troubleshooting technical issues with internal departments.
Completing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Schedule Requirements
Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork and has open availability to work a variety of shifts any day from Monday through Saturday, between 7 am and 8 pm. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
This is a strictly part-time position, ranging from 3 to 15 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours if needed. Schedules are available at least two weeks in advance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
Must be flexible with work hours and days.
Basic to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from testing rooms.
Capability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, hearing soft voices, and seeing details from a distance.
