Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Traffic clerk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries

Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence

Process and sort incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Provide support to other departments as required

Follow office procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
