We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Administrator to support the Client Services team with the day-to-day management of trusts, companies, and private funds.
Duties
- Assist with Client Services with administration tasks on client entity matters
- Assist the Company Secretarial department as and when required.
- Update and maintain Viewpoint data
- Assist with the preparation of minutes and resolutions
- Help prepare meeting minutes and resolutions
- Liaise with banks, brokers, and intermediaries via phone and written communication
- Process banking transactions and monitor client cash activity
- Provide occasional support to Reception when needed
Skills & Experience
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload
- A proactive mindset with good initiative and common sense
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and a conscientious approach
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
