Duties

Utilize learning technology tools, including Adobe Captivate, to create interactive training materials.
Conduct employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
Collaborate with HR teams on talent management strategies, including succession planning and change management initiatives.
Gather and analyze data collection from training sessions to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Support recruiting efforts by providing training on best practices for onboarding new employees.
Facilitate workshops and seminars that promote continuous learning within the organization.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources or a related field, with a focus on training and development.
Proficiency in using learning technology tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of talent management principles, including employee orientation and succession planning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate diverse audiences effectively.
Experience in data collection and analysis to evaluate training program success.
Familiarity with change management processes is a plus.
