Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concierge Trainer & Orientation Leader to oversee the onboarding, training, and continuous development of concierge staff across our residential buildings. This role ensures that every new hire is fully prepared to uphold our high service standards while also meeting all compliance and documentation requirements. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of luxury residential service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions for all newly hired concierge staff.
Develop and implement structured training programs tailored to building-specific needs, covering customer service, safety procedures, and front desk operations.
Shadow and mentor new hires during initial shifts to ensure proper execution of duties and adherence to company standards.
Ensure that all legal documents, onboarding forms, and compliance paperwork are properly completed, submitted, and filed before the employee begins independent work.
Verify that each new hire fully understands their responsibilities, company policies, and any relevant procedures.
Provide regular performance feedback and on-the-job coaching to support growth and excellence.
Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and evaluation tools.
Collaborate with building managers and operations teams to align training with property expectations and resident needs.
Serve as a role model of professionalism, hospitality, and integrity.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a concierge, hospitality, or front desk supervisory or training role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, especially when managing legal and HR documentation.
Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and building protocols.
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Willingness to travel between Offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
