Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various team members.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and organizational goals.
Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging training materials.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in learning technology and training development..
Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans.
Skills
Proficiency in training development methodologies and organization design principles.
Strong background in Veterinary Medicine with experience using tools such as Avimark.
Familiarity with human resources management practices, including mentoring and succession planning.
Knowledge of learning technology trends that can enhance training delivery.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
