For our California workshop in San Dimas, we are seeking a Training & Talent Development Manager. At Louis Vuitton, People Make the Difference and this newly created position will play an integral role as an ambassador of the Brand.
In this role you will roll out Talent Development activities in the workshops. You will deploy the talent development strategy and support all the parties involved in implementing the resulting actions (managers, HR). In addition, you will be the contact on the ground to roll out the training policy defined by the company. You will ensure that the training policy is applied and support employees in developing their skills.
Profil
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
3+ years relevant experience
Understanding of adult learning theory
Instructional design and program management
Demonstrate success in adapting programs to meet audience needs
Strong business and customer focus
Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships
Excellent presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual Spanish/English required
French language skills a plus
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$105,000 – $160,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contribution.
