Top Jobs Group are looking to appoint a full-time Customer Service Advisor for an
exciting
Logistics Company based in Dartford Crossing.
*** Temp to Perm **
* £17.56 Per hour
SALARY WHEN PERM – £26,442.
TUESDAY TO FRIDAY – 1.30pm – 9.30pm
SATURDAY – 11am – 7pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering incoming calls, providing the first line of the
customer care
function and delivery crews.
Outbound calls to customers
Carry out and maintain an accurate filing system for all relevant company documentation and reporting.
Support and cover administration tasks for other departments when required.
Ensure the Depot and office environment is maintained, ordering stationary and ensuring the office environment is kept in a safe and hygienic manor.
Any other administration tasks required.
Youll need to be able to work as part of a small team, in a
fast-paced environment
.
Youll need to have strong ICT skills, and be able to communicate with a wide range of different people.
Experience in planning work for a fleet of vehicles would be very useful, but is not essential.
Youll need to hold a driving licence, and have access to a car for work purposes.
