Today, we are seeking a Treasury Officer
About Treasury Officer:
- Receive and check payments from customers, including cash, credit/ debit cards, checks, and other payment methods
- Conduct reconciliation POS and bank statements
- Process all the payment of company bills or obligations accurately both conventionally and through e-banking
- Ensure that all cash bank incoming and outgoing been properly recorded in the company’s cash book on Odoo System daily including cash advance control, expense reimbursement, and security deposit
- Monitoring bank balance and ensuring that availability of sufficient funds for the company’s operational needs
- Handle petty cash for day-to-day needs and ensure daily balance and reconciliation
- Engage with the bank relation for update and support
- Conduct bank and cash reconciliation on Odoo
