Job Descriptions
– Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations
– Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns)
– Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures
– Organise shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy
– Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards
Qualifications
– Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 (preferred) & Fresh graduate are welcome to Apply
– Max. 1 year of work experience, preferably in fashion retail
– Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
– Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
– Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment – Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed
