We’ are currently supporting a global financial institution with strong regional presence in sourcing a dedicated General Administrative Contractor for an initial 3-month engagement. This is an onsite-only role, based in their Singapore office, with working hours from 1 PM to 6 PM daily.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with daily document handling – including printing, scanning, filing, and organizing
Providing general administrative support to the operations team
Helping to ensure all documents are properly checked and in order
Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Prior admin/clerical experience will be a big plus, but not mandatory
Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently
Comfortable working in an afternoon shift setup
Able to commit to onsite work for the full 3-month period
Available to start next week
