The opportunity

Thepurposeof the Field Medical (FM) Operations Specialist is to provide operational and tactical execution for processes within the US FM department. This includes coordinating with relevant internal parties, communicating with external parties, completing/reviewing/processing required documentation, and maintaining a working knowledge of the systems used, as well as knowledge of and adherence to the processes for each function.

How you’ll spend your day

• Duties for tactical support include but are not limited to:

Maintains accurate team rosters, territory maps and org charts

Assists with Finance & Legal documents, including processing of contracts and invoices in required internal systems

Manages the workflow for Medical Information Request/MSL Consults for the US FM teams

Leads logistical planning for FM meetings both on and off-site

Assists US FM Ops team with ongoing programs and one-off projects, coordinating project activities and collaborating with project team members

Communicates effectively in both oral and written forms to a variety of stakeholders

Provides status reports and progress updates as needed

Assists in the overall administrative management of the department

Demonstrates independence and initiative to develop and implement solutions

Your experience and qualifications

EDUCATIONREQUIRED

•

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Displays proficiency with computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite

•Attention to detailand documentation

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are needed

Experience Preferred

• Experience in a pharmaceutical company is preferred
