About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.
As a Backend Client Services role, you will support US-based insurance clients by handling end-to-end operational tasks, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction in an international environment.***This is a permanent, full-time position. Non-voice role, No night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Process insurance-related transactions and policy updates accurately in English-based systems.
- Review, verify, extract, maintain, and update insurance information according to client requirements.
- Follow detailed workflows and client-specific instructions while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and identify discrepancies to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Manage assigned tasks within required turnaround times and productivity expectations.
- Communicate professionally with US-based clients through written English correspondence.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good command of written and reading English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong learning agility and willingness to acquire new knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Prior experience in insurance, BPO, shared services, operations, administration, or customer support will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
