Whether clients are visiting for routine checkups or urgent needs, receptionists help guide them through every step with warmth and professionalism. Duties:
Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
Schedule appointments
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Process payments
Maintain accurate records of patient information in the system
Requirements:
Experience in veterinary medicine
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a genuine love for animals and people
Flexibility to work weekends as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
