Pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Paws & Co Clinic is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a 30–38 hour per week position, with opportunities for additional hours when covering vacations or other team absences.

What You’ll Do
As the first and last impression of our clinic, you’ll play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for our clients and patients. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment calendar
- Answering multi-line phones and responding to client questions
- Checking patients in and out efficiently
- Weighing and escorting patients to exam rooms
- Entering accurate medical information into electronic medical records
- Scanning and organizing medical documents
- Processing payments and balancing daily financial transactions
- Assisting the veterinary team with patient handling when needed
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

This is not your typical desk receptionist position. You’ll spend time on your feet throughout the day, moving between the reception area, exam rooms, and treatment areas while assisting both clients and patients.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous veterinary reception experience
- Previous customer service or medical office experience
- Experience with electronic medical records
Required:
- Fluent in English
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Green Bay, WI
Preferred but not required:
- Spanish-speaking
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $14.00/hour for candidates with no veterinary experience
- Higher starting wage based on veterinary and receptionist experience
