A fantastic and exciting new opportunity for a Vice President Service Line Operations is now available with Phoebe Physicians Group. The Vice President of Operations will be a strong, change agent leader with acute hospital or ambulatory care experience in senior leadership. The Operations VP is a key leadership position in the organization to and will work collaboratively with leadership among multiple service lines. The Vice President Operations will oversee budget, staff development, physician relations, patient satisfaction, quality and patient safety, and overall clinic operations.This position will oversee: Orthopedics, Cardiovascular Service, GI, Neuro, Hema Oncology and other areas as needed.
Education Requirements
Master’s Degree in or actively pursuing in a related field from an accredited college or university (Required)
Experience Requirements
8 years experience working in Healthcare Administration (Required)
5 years experience in acute hospital and or physician practice clinic operations
3 years management experience with physician relations
Certifications
ACHE or MGMA preferred
