Role Summary
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant & Customer Success Representative who is personable, organized, and sales-savvy. You’ll manage customer communications, respond to inquiries, follow up with warm leads, and help close deals, all while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally over email and phone
- Manage inboxes and keep communication timely and organized
- Call warm leads and guide them toward a decision
- Check in with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Follow up on open opportunities and help close inbound leads
- Collect and document customer feedback
- Maintain accurate notes, records, and lead statuses in our CRM
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Natural ability to build rapport and move conversations toward a close
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable with email, basic CRM tools, and general admin work
- Available 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a VA role is a plus, not required
Compensation
- Base pay: $1,500/month
- Performance incentives: $100 for every customer you help close, per month, for up to 3 months of that customer’s lifetime (max $300 per customer)
- Top performers have earned $3,000+/month
- Bonuses for top performers
