Salary Range: $1,100-1,300 ($) per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory calls with caregiver candidates
- Capture detailed candidate notes and maintain accurate records
- Schedule interviews and coordinate handovers to recruiters
- Assist with caregiver communication and support
- Handle caregiver call-offs and schedule changes
- Respond to inquiries regarding shifts, scheduling, and attendance
- Support clock-in and clock-out troubleshooting
- Confirm open shifts and communicate updates promptly
- Provide operational coverage during weekends and high-demand periods
- Work closely with the recruiting team to improve coordination and efficiency
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when communicating with caregivers and candidates
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly proactive and decisive
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable handling urgent or time-sensitive situations
- Strong customer service mindset
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote team
- Previous recruitment coordination, scheduling, operations, customer support, or administrative experience preferred
- Culture fit, reliability, and attitude are prioritized over direct industry experience
Nice To Have
- Home care or healthcare experience is beneficial but not required

The ideal candidate will help create smoother operational flow across the business by reducing recruiter admin workload, improving caregiver responsiveness, and ensuring weekend coverage is handled efficiently. This will allow the recruiters and founder to focus on higher-value strategic and hiring initiatives while maintaining excellent service levels for caregivers and clients.
