You’ll deliver compassionate patient care and administrative support remotely for U.S. medical clients.

Compensation:

What makes you a strong candidate:

You are proficient in administrative assistance, and medical reception.

You are beginner in HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

English – Fully fluent.

HIRING: Virtual Medical Receptionist

Remote | Part-Time/Full-Time | $5–$6 USD/hour

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Receptionist cum Admin to support our growing roster of U.S.-based medical clients. If you are someone who genuinely cares about patients, has strong communication skills, and can handle administrative duties with professionalism, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical receptionist or administrative assistant (virtual or in-clinic).

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Patient-focused mindset with empathy and a calm demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality.

Preferred tools & platforms:

(Experience with any of the following is a strong plus).

EHR/EMR systems: Athenahealth, Kareo, DrChrono, AdvancedMD.

Scheduling & admin: Google Calendar, Calendly, Microsoft Outlook.

Practice management: IntakeQ, SimplePractice, JaneApp.

General tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.

Key responsibilities:

Answer and route patient calls professionally and empathetically.

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and follow-ups.

Handle patient inquiries via email or chat.

Update and maintain electronic medical records.

Assist with billing coordination, insurance verifications, and intake forms.

Perform general administrative support for medical staff and providers.
