Virtual Notary Public / Mobile – Milwaukee, WI
Certified Mobile Notary Service ((Use the “Apply for this Job” box below).) is seeking a Virtual Notary Public to work in the U.S. only.
Job Type: Full-time
Essential Functions:
Prepare legal document packages for attorney approval and notarization.
Review and endorse documents/affidavits requiring execution.
Ensure all documents are executed and notarized properly per state and firm guidelines.
Maintain an electronic notary log of all notarized documents.
Receive, sign, and forward packages to the correct department.
Answer calls, provide information, take messages, and transfer calls.
Retrieve and route voicemails and faxes.
Check case management software and handle assigned tasks.
Communicate with courts and clients for case information.
Update internal systems and client portals.
Process mail by coding and uploading documents.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Notary commission in your state.
Office experience preferred; legal or mortgage experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
Computer, Internet, and home office setup.
Compensation:
$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
