Responsibilities
We’re looking for full-time, licensed real estate agents who are hungry to grow their business with consistency and support. You’ll plug into a system that’s built to scale: warm leads, backend support, expert coaching, and the power of a trusted brand. If you’re driven and coachable, we’ll help you close more deals in less time.

✅ Full admin, marketing, and transaction coordination

Qualifications
Prospect daily and follow up with new and past leads
Convert inbound leads into active buyers and sellers
Conduct consultations, showings, open houses, and appointments
Write and negotiate offers, contracts, and listings
Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage all lead activity and communication
Leverage team-provided support to stay focused on sales
Attend weekly trainings, accountability sessions, and team events
Deliver a top-tier, client-first experience throughout each transaction
