4 Corner Resources is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support daily operations for one of our clients. This position plays a key role in coordinating warranty claims and managing parts orders with major OEM partners, including Dell, HP, and Lenovo.
Warehouse Admin Responsibilities:
- Process and submit insurance and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Order replacement parts through OEM partners such as Dell, HP, and Lenovo
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain detailed records of claims, orders, and correspondence
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding order status and updates
- Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with company standards
Warehouse Admin Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with vendor portals and tracking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Warehouse Admin Additional Details:
- Fully onsite in Orlando, FL
- Pay Rate: $16/hr.
- Contract: Temp from June – Aug, possibly longer based on budget and performance
- Shift: 2nd shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm)
