4 Corner Resources is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support daily operations for one of our clients. This position plays a key role in coordinating warranty claims and managing parts orders with major OEM partners, including Dell, HP, and Lenovo.

Warehouse Admin Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit insurance and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
  • Order replacement parts through OEM partners such as Dell, HP, and Lenovo
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Maintain detailed records of claims, orders, and correspondence
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding order status and updates
  • Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with company standards

Warehouse Admin Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with vendor portals and tracking systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Warehouse Admin Additional Details:

  • Fully onsite in Orlando, FL
  • Pay Rate: $16/hr.
  • Contract: Temp from June – Aug, possibly longer based on budget and performance
  • Shift: 2nd shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm)
