Role Description

The Warehouse Staff will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, including inventory administration, stock movement, and warehouse documentation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory records, efficient material handling, and timely coordination with internal departments to support project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse.

• Record all inventory transactions accurately in the Accurate system.

• Prepare Goods Receipt (GR), Delivery Orders (DO), and other warehouse documents.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records match physical stock.

• Conduct regular stock opname and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Project, and Finance teams regarding inventory movement.

• Organize warehouse documents and maintain proper filing systems.

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company procedures.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory reporting.

• Continuously improve warehouse administration processes and inventory control practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Staff, Warehouse Admin, or a similar role.

• Familiar with Accurate Software.

• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under pressure.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, MEP, engineering, or project-based companies is an advantage.

• Familiar with stock opname, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
