Overview:
VoMac Truck Sales & Service, one of the top-rated Volvo/Mack dealerships in the country, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. This position is based in Terre Haute, IN.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help uphold our 5-star reputation by preparing, recording, submitting, and reconciling warranty claims with manufacturers and distributors. This role is primarily independent, so the ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty repair orders and submit manufacturer warranty claims
- Maintain receivables schedules, including service contract claim submissions and follow-up
- Work closely with technicians, service writers, and supervisors to ensure efficient claim processing
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for prompt receipt and shipment of replacement parts
- Communicate with Service Advisors to define the scope of warranty claims
- Process all warranty paperwork accurately and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain records of submitted, returned/rejected, and paid claims, including current claim status
- Report any situation that may jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, employees, or customers
Qualifications:
- Previous warranty administration experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck industries preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Working Conditions:
