Position: Web design with Digital Marketing
Job Responsibilities
Perform all Abu Dhabi related government transactions (MOHRE, ICP / Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Municipality, Courts, and Economic Dept etc.) on time to achieve legal and financially sound status of all employees and all companies under JAM group / related companies and minimize penalties & complications by verifying all submitted documents to government authorities and performing consistent follow-ups with all concerned parties for a smooth process.
Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities (MOHRE, ICP, Police Station, Airport, Municipality, Economic Dept, and Embassies etc.) on all rules to keep HCD PR Section informed of the changes in the rules and procedures. Conduct daily and periodic reconciliation of transaction fees with the related party. Arrange accommodation in ADH for JAM Group Employees (i.e. follow all maintenance works, conduct inspections, arrange bedding material, etc.).
Process rentals, payment of utilities/maintenance, real estate and land-related licenses and governmental transactions under the direct supervision and management of Al Majid Properties. Cover the full responsibilities of other Admin Officer employees in Al Ain when necessary. Attend to all emergency cases related to the business unit and ensure all issues are resolved on time. Process Trade & Professional Licenses: new registration, renewal, cancellation, modifications, and freezing under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division.
Process bounced checks and register criminal cases in police stations under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division. Perform daily mailing activities (In/Out). Prepare payment invoices for ADNOC/utilities and other AUH related tasks. General jobs related to Abu Dhabi reception.  Requirements  Minimum of a Secondary School
education
. Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in government sectors.
