Your attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills will be pivotal as you manage documentation and assist employees navigating workers’ compensation claims. This position involves data entry and communication distribution to enhance the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Case Managers with administrative tasks and data entry
• Coordinate information flow to Claims Management Coordinators
• Operate Kofax system for claims documentation
• Process invoices within Case Management Systems
• Communicate with provincial boards for claim information
Requirements:
• Paralegal licensed with the Law Society of Ontario
• Post-secondary education in health management preferred
• Experience in customer support or client services
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
