Responsibilities
Prospect daily through calls, texts, emails, and hosting open houses to generate new business
Follow up consistently with warm leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and your sphere
Conduct buyer and seller consultations with a client-first approach
Show homes, attend listing appointments, and manage the transaction process
Write and negotiate offers, contracts, and listing agreements with guidance and support
Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to track lead activity, manage communication, and stay organized
Participate in daily training, coaching, and role play to build skills and confidence
Collaborate with the team and leverage full administrative and marketing support
Deliver an exceptional, heart-driven client experience from first contact to close
Qualifications
Are a licensed real estate agent
Love working with people and want to serve at a high level
Are coachable, humble, and hungry to grow
Are looking for the right environment, not just another brokerage
